公司由原江蘇(su)省(sheng)建設(she)廳二(er)個直(zhi)屬事業機構江蘇(su)省(sheng)工程(cheng)造(zao)價事務(wu)所和江蘇(su)省(sheng)建威工程(cheng)招標中(zhong)心按(an)照國務(wu)院(yuan)有關文件精神要(yao)求脫鉤改制(zhi)合并重組(zu)，成(cheng)立于2002年3月。
江(jiang)蘇(su)省(sheng)工(gong)(gong)程造價(jia)事務所和(he)江(jiang)蘇(su)省(sheng)建威(wei)工(gong)(gong)程招(zhao)標(biao)中心是當時(shi)全省(sheng)工(gong)(gong)程造價(jia)領域(yu)和(he)工(gong)(gong)程招(zhao)標(biao)代理(li)(li)服務領域(yu)內最(zui)大(da)的(de)獨立(li)專業機構。除了面向社會提供咨詢服務外，公司(si)前身機構參與(yu)了專項(xiang)(xiang)治(zhi)理(li)(li)審計、省(sheng)建設(she)(she)工(gong)(gong)程有形市場的(de)標(biao)底審核(he)服務、重點建設(she)(she)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)的(de)造價(jia)評估和(he)決算審核(he)工(gong)(gong)作以及省(sheng)內一些(xie)大(da)中型工(gong)(gong)程建設(she)(she)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)的(de)招(zhao)標(biao)代理(li)(li)服務。
